Meet the Team


Ken Monicatti


In March 2019 we said goodbye to our founder of All Seasons Communications. He was the original “idea man.” He was a father, brother, teacher, mentor and guide to us all. It won’t be the same without him crafting the big concepts (and letting us sweat the details,) bringing us the mail and asking where the candy was being hid. His smile, laugh and jovial manner was the sunshine of our office. Here are some of our favorite stories, memories and wisdom that we will always remember and attribute to our founder, Ken Monicatti.


Beth Monicatti-Blank

President with a Specialty in Planning and Budgeting

Beth is in charge of all agency operations. She handles new business and takes the lead in client account management, including media buying and placement.

Erin Schmotzer

Senior Account Manager with a Specialty in Media Buying

Erin handles project development and is our resident expert for both traditional and digital advertisements and is on a first-name basis with media account reps across the state.

Cheryl Russell

Senior Account Manager with a Specialty in Marketing Production

Cheryl works on a wide variety of client projects, including the writing and planning of websites, production of TV and radio spots, and other marketing materials.

David Apt

Senior Website Developer

Dave handles creation, enhancement and maintenance of client websites.
Team Member Since 2000.


Sandy Bombassei

Senior Graphic Designer with a Specialty in Branding and Visual Identity

You name it—Sandy does it. Branding, logos, illustration, typography, ads, photo styling and trade show pieces—she brings the wow-factor to all client design-needs.

Gloria Schettler

Gloria Schettler

Office Assistant

Gloria does a little bit of everything, from filing to proofreading to mailings. She recently came out of retirement to work part-time with the staff at All Seasons, including her niece Beth.

Christine Steinberg


Christine makes sure that at the end of the day, everything adds up. She is responsible for all accounts payable and receivable functions. She has more than 20 years of accounting experience and is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.

Snack Supervisor

Fiona enjoys greeting visitors and “sitting pretty” at the snack cabinet, she can’t be relied on to make deadlines. We also catch her napping in Beth’s office a lot.
