Ken started All Seasons Agency in 1976, the corporate company of All Seasons
Communications. As our "idea man," he initiates new projects and works with
clients on the development of new campaigns and inspiration.
Over the years, Ken has been involved in a variety of industries, giving him a
broad base of knowledge of our clients and their businesses.
When he isn't hard at work, Ken can be found on the golf course, relaxing at
his condo in Harbor Springs with wife Linda, or playing with his grandchildren.
Beth Monicatti-Blank, President/Operations Manager

Beth is in charge of all agency operations (and yes, she's also "in charge" of stocking the snack cabinet). She handles new business and takes the lead in client account management, including media buying and placement.
Beth has a bachelor's degree in communications from Michigan State University.
When she isn't hard at work, Beth enjoys shopping, watching movies with her husband Andy and playing with her cats Hercules and Odette and dog Phineaus.

Cheryl Russell, Vice President

Cheryl oversees the creative staff at the agency (thank
goodness-sometimes they really get rowdy back there). She gets involved in
most agency creative and editorial projects and manages client accounts.
Cheryl has a bachelor's degree in mass media communication from University of
Michigan and a master's degree in public relations and organizational
communication from Wayne State University.
When Cheryl isn't working at the agency, you might find her teaching at St.
Clair County Community College, playing with her dogs Teal and Sophie, dining out with
friends, or traveling with her husband Tim.
Erin Schmotzer, Senior Account Manager eschmotzerATallseasonscommunications.com
Erin manages media planning, project development and writing of advertisements for all clients. She handles editorial and advertising sales for various client publications. Erin has a reputation for doing whatever needs to be done for a client (and only complains occasionally).
Erin has a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Michigan State University.
When she isn't hard at work, Erin can be found cheering on the MSU Spartans, catching the latest movie with husband Jason or attending whichever country concert she can get tickets for (ask her about her great seats at the Tim McGraw concert).
Shelly Latshaw, Account Manager slatshawATallseasonscommunications.com
Shelly manages public relations, media planning, project development and writing of advertisements for all clients. She handles various writing projects and e-newsletters. Shelly was an intern here in 2009 and worked on several projects for our clients while attending college (she loved the coffee here so much she came back two years later).
Shelly has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Oakland University.
When Shelly isn’t here at work, you might find her bowling with her fiancé John, playing darts with her sisters-in-law or playing with her rambunctious but lovable one-year-old Siberian husky Niko.
Helen Brown, Office Manager and Production Coordinator hbrownATallseasonscommunications.com
Helen is our number cruncher, and is responsible for all accounts payable and receivable functions, and office equipment (Helen! Help, I'm trapped in the postage meter). She also manages client databases, and acts as administrative support to our staff.
Helen has a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Walsh College.
When she isn't hard at work, Helen can be found shopping with daughters Tina and Becca, or relaxing at her cabin up north with husband Rich and dog Roxie.
Marie Goral, Office Assistant Marie is responsible for client/member and consumer
fulfillment. She's our one-woman UPS store, and always does it with a smile and
a song (yes, we hear you, Marie … but we love it).
Marie is a US Navy veteran and has an associate's degree in applied science from Macomb Community College.
When she isn't hard at work, Marie enjoys reading, cooking, outdoor activities and relaxing at her cabin up north with husband Rick.

David Apt, Website Developer daptATallseasonscommunications.com
Dave (aka Super Dave) is our resident "web guy," and handles creation, enhancement and maintenance of client websites. Dave continually amazes us with his superhero like (computer) strengths and capabilities.
Dave graduated from Madonna University with not one, but two, bachelor degrees-in English and computer science.
When he isn't hard at work, Dave enjoys playing golf and tennis, biking, reading and playing with his equally super dog Bella.
Demaree Hoover, Graphic Artist
Demaree is responsible for all artwork, from original pencil sketches to elaborate graphic designs and layouts. Logos, ads, publications and printed pieces … Demaree "works her magic" in a variety of ways for all clients (Commonly heard from Demaree, "Um, sure, I can do that!")
Demaree studied advertising design at the Graduate Center for Creative Studies.
When she isn't hard at work, Demaree can be found doing ceramics. She is also the president of the Mitten Mets Nash Metropolitan Car Club.
Phineaus, Office dog Phineaus takes his job very seriously. He lets us know when we have visitors and chases wild turkeys out of the yard.
When he isn’t hard at work, Phineaus can be found playing with his friends at Pet Smart, or at home sleeping with his siblings, cats Hercules and Odette.
