All Seasons Communications Employee Spotlight: All Seasons Founder Ken Monicatti

It's been a couple of years now since I vacated my desk at All Seasons. Almost daily though I stick my head in the door, pet the company dog, say hello to everyone and ask: "What's going on?" Sometimes they ask my advice, sometimes I give it. However, if the conversation gets too intense, I gracefully look at my watch and tell them that it's time for golf or my favorite news program. 'Carry on.'

In November I spent some time at the Michigan Manufactured Housing and Recreation Vehicle and Campground Association meeting, taking pictures, seeing a lot of All Seasons clients, listening to the political reports and generally having a great time with some dear friends. It was good to hear that there are some things that are getting better.

Yes, retirement is nice, especially when you have a great staff taking care of business.
