Rudgate Manufactured Home Communities
All Seasons Communications recently completed a new marketing piece for longtime client Rudgate, who owns and operates six manufactured home communities in Southeast Michigan. Rudgate wanted to incorporate a resident appreciation gift which would also serve as a promotion tool for their website. One of the goals for this project was to direct current and potential community residents to the Rudgate website. The website provides information on planned activities and events for current residents and information for consumers who may be looking to move into a Rudgate community.
After researching several options of gifts for the residents, ASC suggested giving recyclable tote bags imprinted with Rudgate’s logo and website address. Rudgate’s Vice President agreed that implementing the tote giveaway was an excellent way to cross-promote resident appreciation with website marketing.
ASC and Rudgate decided to give the tote bags to their current residents at each community’s annual summer picnic. Rudgate community managers reported that their residents really enjoyed the tote bag giveaways. For the future, many of the Rudgate managers have decided to use tote bags as welcoming gifts for new community residents.
